A complete ecosystem for a Miami → Lima courier: quoting, warehouse, customs, flight, delivery and handover, with an AI agent that quotes and tracks parcels in natural language.

The problem
The courier ran on spreadsheets, WhatsApp and phone calls. Customers didn't know where their parcel was, and Peru's tax authority (SUNAT) requires full traceability and video of operations.
How we solved it
- Statuses only move forward when a team scans the parcel or bag: nobody changes a status by hand.
- Multi-warehouse: each employee sees only their warehouse and the flow is split into 7 stations.
- Video is recorded on a mini PC inside each warehouse and served through an HTTPS tunnel, without loading the server.
- Installable app (PWA) for customers and couriers, no app stores needed.

The problem
A retailer with several branches sold through its online store, point of sale and WhatsApp with out-of-sync stock: overselling, expired products and untracked deliveries.
How we solved it
- Stock by batch and by branch: each sale deducts the batch that expires first (FEFO).
- Stock is held for 20 minutes while the customer pays and revalidated on the server before charging.
- Smart dispatch: main branch, the lowest-cost one, or a transfer between branches.
- Locks per product and coupon so two simultaneous purchases can't take the last unit.
